Puppy Yoga with Norse Flora Rescue! - September 15th 6-7pm

I'm so excited to lead another puppy yoga class in conjunction with one of Norse Flora's upcoming adoption events! They have a new adorable litter of pups who will be 8 weeks old on September 15th, and therefore ready to meet their new families and head to their new homes!

I am a RYT 200hr Yoga Instructor through Cloud Nine Yoga® and am excited to be teaching classes and leading practices throughout East-central Minnesota! I am based just south of Mille Lacs Lake and am currently teaching classes in Mora and Isle.

​

I started taking yoga classes when I was 19, at a studio in Denver, Colorado. My first class I was totally lost and completely uncoordinated, but found myself going back every week, and soon, multiple times a week. I loved the energy boost it gave me, the mental clarity, and its healing properties for my body and my mind.

Nearly 20 years later, at a yoga studio I managed in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, I had the opportunity to study yoga more deeply with Erika Faith Calig of Cloud Nine Yoga®, and received my 200hr RYT Certification for Yoga and Meditation in March of 2023.

My classes are for anybody and everybody! No experience, flexibility level, or yoga knowledge required.

Reiki​

​

I am also a Level IV Usui Do Reiki Master-Teacher through an extensive lineage of Reiki Masters. I studied this deeply healing energetic work intensively for 2 years with my Reiki teacher and worked my way through each level of study, until I graduated with my Reiki Master-Teacher Certification in August of 2021. 

​

I offer individual Therapeutic Reiki Sessions, group Reiki Circles, and also teach Reiki to those who feel a calling to this very powerful healing technique.
