I'm excited to be a part of Sacred Waters Wellness Retreat in Brook Park where I will be offering Reiki sessions, and there will be a multitude of other amazing practitioners and events - including yoga, healing touch, forest bathing, sound bath, tarot readings, and more!

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work, which finds energetic blockages in the body and works to clear and release them. Reiki works with the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies to promote overall health, balance, and healing.
Reiki can help with physical pain, mental health, and trauma healing, and can help increase creativity, clarity, and a general sense of peace.
Reiki is beneficial not only to people, but also to animals, plants, and even works to clear energy in spaces, houses, and gardens. Everyone experiences Reiki differently, though typically people experience temperature differences, vibrations in the body, the feeling of energy "flowing" through them, and deep relaxation.
I am a Certified Level IV Usui Do Reiki Master-Teacher through an extensive lineage of Reiki Masters. I was trained in traditional Usui Reiki methods over the course of 2 years, with additional training in working with the chakras and the elements. I have great respect and gratitude towards the Reiki lineage, history, and its powerful healing qualities.
My studies included deep knowledge of Usui Do (Way of Usui) and I offer individual therapeutic Reiki treatments, as well as running my own Usui Do Reiki School for anyone who feels called to learn, experience, and practice this healing work for themselves. My specialties include balancing chakras, trauma healing, and elemental work.
I studied this deeply healing energetic work intensively for 2 years with my Reiki teacher, Danielle of Ripple & Knot, and worked my way through each level of study, until I graduated with my Reiki Master-Teacher Certification in August of 2021.
